RMIT asked us to do some website application development that went beyond the standard requirements of a standard website. They wanted us to create a web application that would allow them to register students. They could then ballot for studios available within the general course structures.
We had to completely re-work the current website design without compromising its functionality. We created a website application by adding an administrator portal that allowed course co-ordinators to monitor and manage student registration and balloting.
In this website application, student data had to be easily accessed, moderated and exchanged with other systems. The website application needed to be fully mobile responsive and use open-source technology.
It was a challenging project but we’re happy to report that it was an instant success.
You can see the out-facing project here. But unless you’re a student or an administrator, you won’t see how it works!
